We are the West Michigan Jobs Group, a Michigan Non Profit corporation, based in Muskegon, Michigan.

Our Position

We advocate moving toward a sustainable, Michigan made power source: wind and solar power.

Michigan sends 1.4 billion dollars out of state to buy coal from places like Montana and West Virginia, creating jobs there when we have businesses right here making wind turbine components and solar panels. Let's keep more Michigan money in Michigan and work with the Michigan businesses, innovation, and jobs potential we have right here right now.

Who We Are

We are a group of concerned citizens and small business owners who are working toward a sustainable future, and with that, promoting new wind jobs and renewable energy right here in West Michigan. To do this, and counter those who want to push away the new wind industry, we formed a non-profit corporation, the West Michigan Jobs Group, Inc.
